Class Schedule







If you are new to Tai Chi, the Introduction class is the place to start.
Those who have completed the 'Introduction' class can move straight into a 'Continuing' class.
An understanding of the Tai Chi form is required before entering into the Lok Hup, Saber, or Sword forms.




The Canadian Tai Chi Academy teaches classes at the following facilities.
Classes are for all ages.

Must have completed the introduction course.
Class has moved outdoors for Summer months 2024.
Resumes indoors September 4, 2024.
Ends September 25, 2024.

9:30 - 10:30 am


Tai Chi   (Introduction)
Starts September 30, 2024

Monday & Wednesday

10:30 - 11:30 am


Tai Chi   (Continuing)
Must have completed the introduction course.
Commences September 30, 2024

and is not affiliated with Seniors on the Bow.
